Music With Purpose
Impact With Passion
The Next Gen Mission
Watch the founder of Next Gen Rising Artists, Ethan Fan, chronicle the journey of this initiative.

The Next Gen Approach
Through music, we connect audiences to action. Our concerts raise funds for scholarships, food programs, and community growth. It's a simple idea with big results.
Scholarships

The AEAA Next Gen Music Scholarship is here to support young musicians who are passionate about their craft and using it to make a difference. We believe that talent shouldn’t be held back by financial barriers, so this scholarship helps artists focus on their music and their impact. We hope that each recipient carries forward a love for creativity, connection, and change, using their music to inspire others just as they have been inspired.
The AEAA Next Gen Scholarship pays $1,000 of student tuition and allows students to gain access to in-state tuition pricing, saving them $16,000 in total. Twenty-five students will be able to earn the scholarship, meaning in total, aspiring musicians can save $400,000 in university tuition!

Masterclasses
We were thrilled to welcome Dr. Juliette Herlin for a cello masterclass as part of our Next Gen series. A French cellist with an international reputation, Dr. Herlin holds degrees from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris, The Juilliard School, and the University of Southern California. She has performed in world-renowned venues such as Alice Tully Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Cello at Texas
Christian University. During the masterclass, Dr. Herlin shared her deep musical insight and expertise with our students, providing hands-on coaching and inspiring artistic development through her thoughtful feedback and passion for teaching.
